Do you fancy an evening painting with friends, old and new? Then come along to the community art group in the Activity Room in The George, meeting every Thursday evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, commencing on 15th January 2026.
Just turn up – there is no charge; it is completely free! Bring your own project, get yourself a table and chair, put on your protective cover, lay out your paints and……relax!
You will need to bring paint, paper, brushes, pens, and whatever else you like to use. Good company and chat will be provided! It’s not a class so there will be no tuition, but ideas and encouragement will be freely shared. No need to be an expert, just a desire to put time aside and let creativity flow!
There are tea/coffee-making facilities in the Tea Bar next to the Activity Room, or of course you can buy a drink at the bar downstairs.
